Dresser Wayne® Broadens Fuel Retailer Service in Central and Eastern Europe through Acquisitions and Agreements with Rohe® Holding

Capability Expanded in Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Switzerland, and Slovakia

Dresser Wayne (www.DresserWayne.com), a global leader in vehicle energy dispensing technologies, today announced the acquisition of the Rohe subsidiaries in Poland, Hungary, and Czech Republic. Dresser Wayne also intends to complete the acquisition of the shares owned by A. Rohe Holding in Rohe Slovakia and Bach-Rohe in Switzerland over the coming weeks.
