VWR International, LLC Acquires LABART SP. Z O.O. in Poland

VWR International, LLC, a leading global laboratory supply and distribution company, announced today that it has acquired LABART SP. Z O.O., a scientific laboratory supply distributor headquartered in Gdansk, Poland.

LABART was founded in 1996 and is one of Poland’s largest independent suppliers of laboratory equipment and consumables. LABART is recognized for its technical products and service-oriented approach to its customers in the industrial, pharmaceutical and tertiary scientific education market segments, as well as the public sector. LABART’s core business of supplying instrumentation, consumables and services complements VWR’s European offerings.
