The announcement follows an extensive nine-month validation exercise that saw SOASTA beat off intense competition to secure the contract. Trinity Mirror’s decision will enable it to gain detailed insights into the impact that performance issues across their digital estate have on user experiences. Financial details related to the deal were not disclosed.
