There will be no evaluation, ranking, or selection of vendors as a result of this RFI. It will not be used to pre-qualify or screen vendors for a subsequent competitive bidding process, if any. The intent is to gather information on potential optional use of this property.

If subsequent competitive bidding opportunities are issued, the Office of Project Management and Procurement will only advise parties who have put forward “workable options” based on the requirements and outputs. Vendors should monitor media outlets in Bermuda for additional opportunities, which will be open to all vendors, whether or not a response to this RFI was submitted.
